Transforming Rage into Right Action

Rage is a particularly difficult emotion. It erupts when we feel betrayed, abused, or unfairly treated.

We may want to strangle the person who has betrayed us. If we restrain ourselves, we may experience heavy weights in our bellies, tension in our arms, or scowls on our faces. We may unconsciously take our anger out on others by gruffness or rudeness. We are not nice to be around.

This section focuses on transforming rage into passionate, right action. Perhaps some of the sections may help you deal with any unconscious spots of anger in your own psyche.
